Avoid at all costs!!
I have been client from Bitstamp since 2017.
Now my funds are blocked after a KYC request on which I replied with all the necessary documents. The check has been pending since December.
Now the ability to trade is also locked and my funds, this a very large sum, are locked in very risky assets.
I have been trying to get acces to my funds for more than a month without any result or help. I have to take legal steps.
Avoid this exchange at all costs!!!!
