I joined this program in April since I joined the program, it helped me understand myself, how I eat. This program was a life-changing for myself. I am eating better, and this program taught me how to eat healthier, and with the help of nutritionist, Jennifer, it made it much simpler and easier where she guide me every step of the way. The location is convenient especially when there is parking. The facility was very clean. Even my kids enjoy coming with me for every appointment. They were kids, friendly, very professional, every staff had a smile on their face each time I walked in for my appointment.
