I am 47 yo 5'0" 185lbs. I have let myself become a couch potato due to lifelong depression, recent job loss and covid19... I purchased the BodyGym so I could begin my journey back to health gently (also cut out all sodas, coffee etc) and I have to say that it has been so much easier than I was hoping! Add the fact that when I am ready I can upgrade the "strength" of the bands makes the BodyGym a lifelong friend! I am thrilled with my purchase... thank you BodyGym.
