Took my BODYGYM with me for the first time to my physical therapy appoint yesterday and my therapist loved it and said I could do all the moves on the bar but two. I’m so excited because this is a workout I feel I can stick to. My only complaint might be it’s hard to see foot placement on the stickers. I also wish the streaming subscription wasn’t so pricey as I’d love to be able to show it to my PT for options so I don’t get bored. Quality is great and it’s quite sturdy. I’ll probably be buying a separate resistance band to use with the handles I purchased as well.
