I've had my BodyGym for about three weeks and am surprised at how much I like it, as I've never been the least bit interested in exercise of any sort. As a senior with a fairly limited and isolated lifestyle because of the pandemic, I'm building up very gradually with a few reps about three times a week (Marie's favourite five are a good starting point), and am already noticing that it is much more of a workout than I'd expected. Thus I am positive I'll be seeing major results in a fairly short time.
