My rating is because of cost not product. I dont feel this product is worth $200 plus $15 a month for on demand app exercises. It isnt exactly budget friendly at current pricing. If the product was $80 and $5 a month for on demand I would have rated higher. Edit- the team reached out and made everything right. 3 star has been upgraded to a 5 star.
