I find it very hard to use. The band is hard for me to pull up for the exercises. I would like to return it but you did not have a return slip in the box so how do I return it? You have a question "How did you find the returns process? Easy Hard but I have not yet returned it. Also "Did you have to pay to return the Item.?"
