it takes an unnecessary amount of time from processing to receipt. I know the china virus will be blamed but it is not that on this occasion. My items were processed on 07Oct20 and Post office dated 11/10/2020 and that is fair enough. However my items were somehow placed into a Post Office Rachel by Nuts & Bolts Aust and then on posted to me. After all this I received my items some 21 days later. Their has been no notifications from this mob about the stuff. Very lousy customer service and this will be the last time I use them. At least using eBay you receive your items in a reasonable time period.
