I placed my order on 6 Feb, and received a receipt for payment. I had not received any further communication for 2 weeks. After emailing sales, they told, besides my receipt, they had no record of my order. I had to re-order what I wanted. Received my parts within 3 working days after this. A little disappointing that it took me to ask for a status update before getting the order processed.
