I placed an order with Bolt & Nut Australia and paid extra for the courier service for speedy delivery direct to me. The conditions placed on the order for the use of the courier were that they either give it to me or leave it in a specific place. Despite these conditions, they never knocked or rang my doorbell and they certainly didn't leave it where they were told. When I approached the supplier the package wasn't even in the place that the courier actually left it. In fact I didn't see it till the next day. As the conditions specified regarding Authority to Leave were not met I requested and refund of the courier cost. The supplier became argumentative and then outright rude. I gave them plenty of time to provide the requested partial refund but they refused, I said to them if they would not provide it that I would detail what had happened in a review of their service and mark down their rating accordingly. Their response to this last part was inappropriate, to say the least. For their customer service or more specifically, the lack of it, I recommend that you consider the many alternatives to using this company.
