I found dealing with Bolt and Nut Australia more than satisfactory from a service point of view. Communication was very good. Delivery time was also good given our Covid environment. The Nyloc nuts I ordered looked good on delivery. The issue came when I installed them. Some were OK, but with at least 50% of them the bolt tended to push the nylon insert out of the nut on one side. I followed the instructions regarding using grease and installing slowly, but it didn't seem to make any difference. On inspection it looked like the end of the nut had not been swaged over sufficiently to retain the insert. It made me wonder if the origin of these nuts was China.
