Customer service has been excellent. On the odd occasion when I had ordered an item that was out of stock, the advisor liased with me until the company was able to fulfil the order to my requirements. Service has been quick and delivery efficient. I originally discovered the company via Amazon but now go to them directly as their service is more effective
