My order was delivered quickly but unfortunately the bras were too small and I contacted customer services and followed their instructions for exchanging for a larger cup size. I sent them back 4 days ago and I'm now waiting to hear if they have been received and for the new size to be delivered so I can't really comment on the returns service.
