My first impression was not good. I had a voucher for 20% discount, which I was unable to use, an explanation was not given. Nine days after submitting my order and my credit card being debited I had to send an email to find out what had happened to my order! This was the reply "Thank you for your patience. We are so sorry to keep you waiting. It seems we have an issue with this listing, I profusely apologise and will raise this to get corrected. On some of our PrimaDonna and Marie Jo items there is a 5-7 day delay. Unfortunately, your order was affected," The order was then shipped via Yodel, instead of Royal Mail! It took 48 hrs before it appeared on Yodel's tracking. The order did arrive 24 hours earlier than the tracking and inside the package was the printed Royal Mail form which had not been used! When it arrived the bra was as I had anticipated but the order and delivery process was less than impressive.
