Easy ordering service. However, the style of the bra wasn't really suitable for a full cup as the straps are never strong enough nor do they stay in place. That is a fault with the design though, not the Company. I wish the design had straps that did not work their way down but stay at the length selected. This is achieved with a serrated style edge.p
