Ordered 2 Madison bras. They arrived in good time. I'd mistakenly ordered the wrong size of the latte bra. The black one is perfect.
I contacted customer services & they promptly replied, saying they'd be happy to do ab exchange for the correct size.
Unfortunately, the correct size isn't yet back in stock, customer services were excellent in their communication abd I'm more than happy to wait until it's restocked.
I cannot fault the company to date and I'll certainly buy from them again and I'd recommend them to others.
