In response to your reply to my recent review we did not ‘ damage’ the item ourselves, it was very poor instructions with led to the item collapsing, had the instructions been in English and clearer
ie shown which screws go where etc we wouldn’t of had an issue.
I see on other reviews poor instructions are an issue that maybe needs addressing !!
I have purchased a replacement of the item from somewhere else and we built it with no problem at all as the instructions were very clear and it did not collapse !!
