Nightmare of a company to deal with.
Very slow replies to emails and nobody is ever available over the phone, the only time they call you is when you have an item in the basket and they nag you to place the order asap (which I found bizarre and intrusive way of using my personal information BEFORE the order was completed).
The item they claimed to have in stock online 'was faulty' and promised to re-order it asap and send it 8 working days past the due delivery date, only to later tell me it wouldn't reach me until the end of April. I didn't believe them as I have contacted the UK supplier of the particular table and they said they are not delivering this particular model until mid-April. So had they not cancelled my order, I would be still waiting... Till May the earliest. They did offer a '£50 goodwill refund' which is a joke for the level of inconvenience this is causing.
Also, the transaction is processed by a company called Chic Paradis... I start to believe Briggs and Jones has no items in stock and orders them on demand.
