I have ordered a dining table through this website (Briggs and Jones) site in December 2022, they have keep me waiting for 3 month making a same excuse that it’s due to custom clearance. After so many emails back and forth they agreed to pay my refund back. It’s more than a week and still no sign of refund in my account. Shall I wait bit more or speak to my lawyer to deal this so inconvenient and unprofessional business.
Please think twice before you purchase anything from this website.
