My ladder was out of stock when i ordered, however i was given a delivery date which i was happy with, yet it became available before that and was delivered early which was good. The ladder is perfect for my needs which is mainly to do the windows inside and out on the conservatory as well as the guttering--so as you can tell its versatility is good and is much more robust and secure than my previous one
