Thanks to Charlie DIY on Youtube for suggesting this ladder. I was looking for a fair price and service, and found Browns. Im a DIYer, so was looking for help and advice and I got that for Browns. The ladder was delivered on time and in A1 condition. Very happy with the ladder, safe, sturdy, good safety features and exactly what I wanted. Its a lifetime purchase for me, but if I was going to buy another one I would go to Browns !
