Paid for the item, gave my address and my email for delivery the next day. I get an email the next day which I didn't see till the evening saying that I haven't given a valid phone number (Google autocomplete had pre-populated my phone number) so they wouldn't deliver the item! I found this ridiculous I paid for the item I ordered before 6 pm and expected it to be delivered the next day as promised. When I emailed back Browns they said their courriers. DHL needed a valid phone number to deliver. Well maybe they should get a new career as not providing a phone number shouldn't hold up an order that I have paid for. Its a two-way street if I paid for the item I expect it to be delivered the next day. I've never come across anything like this before. An order which should have come on the Tuesday because of this I didn't get till the Thursday so thanks for that and I won't be using you again needless to say.
