Really helpful on the phone, prompt delivery. I cant believe how light the henchman tripod ladder is and am really impressed at how stable it is when I am atthe top. They do look expensive, but I wish I'd bitten the bullet sooner and invested in one of these sooner, rather than wobbling around and stuffing bits of wood under my old ladders feet.
