Great service and a good price which included delivery.
Delivery took only three days and the ladder is exactly as described. Others have commented on the exposed wood at the top of the ladder. I have covered it with plastic and sealed it so should not be a problem. That is a manufacturing issue and not a reflection of Brown's service.
