The ladder was despatched extremely quickly and arrived very early the next day, so all credit to Browns Ladders for that. Unfortunately, the ladder arrived very battered and much the worse for wear. There is a large dent in one of the lengths and many scratches large and small, minor dings and the strut was bent out of shape. It's useable and in no worse condition than you'd expect after a year or two of hard use. However, it's a very expensive ladder which I bought brand new, not a used one! I don't know what state it LEFT Browns Ladders, but it took a hell of a battering in transit. I wouldn't use them again for this reason.
