The ladder was arrived within the suggested timeframe. The customer service team was helpful and courteous when I called them but unfortunately I am left unhappy with the result of buying from Browns. The ladder arrived quite damaged, with a large dent in one of the rungs and almost every rung had a minor dent or scratch. It was heavily wrapped in polythene, so I didn't assume anything was wrong until I unwrapped it after the deadline - my mistake and one which I'm paying for now. It's a fairly expensive ladder and I guess I didn't expect a brand new wrapped ladder to arrive with so many dings and scratches. Not quite sure how it managed to get so damaged but please be VERY careful to open the wrapping and check all around the ladder before accepting the product as something has gone wrong with the quality control process between production and arrival.
