I placed the order, two trellis on 11th July, received an email, telling us it's on the way. Tracking showed that we received with even a driver's name. But I have never received the delivery. I called, explained and received the email, saying the delivery would be the next day, 22nd. But again no delivery made, no call , no email. I called 3 times but no reply.
I just received a belated email, there is no product in fact so the refund will be made within 5 to 10 days.
