Issues with Royal mail shipping (they lost parcel). No worries though - got resent, with a few extra items as an apology, even though it was not Rhino's fault.
Would recommend due to competitive prices. Found a similar order at £10 dearer on other sites. So ordering from here saved me roughly 25% on overall order (not including free items).
So yeah. If looking for good price and responsive customer service that will rectify issues, then try here.
