On a Friday I ordered front and back seat covers for my Rav4. The next day I realized that I ordered the wrong color. I sent a return email with the correct color, hoping that it could be changed. On Monday, I received a confirmation for the change in the color. I was very pleased as they were very helpful. - Thank you as the seat covers are a perfect fit.
