My order was lost, I was not notified by either Australia post or Caribu. After many attemps to locaate my parcel I was told by AP that my purchase was damaged very badly! I then had to contact Caribu to let them know.....they said they would replace the order & post it Express that day....well that didnt happen! After many more phone calls to Caribu they finally posted it 3 days later. All this over three weeks ! Not happy Jan! Finally my parcel arrived.
