First rate, prompt service and a seamless returns service. The only problem is I had to return two rugs because the fit just wasn’t right. I’ve had Caribu rugs before and have never had a problem with the fit. But this was my first Caribu rug for a mini pony. I’m not sure the fit of these rugs is great for mini ponies. The rug that fit my mini pony lengthways was way too long in the front - almost going down to his hooves. The heavy front closure system at the chest also seemed to weigh the front of the rug down further. This closure system is great for bigger rugs on normal sized horses. But on a miniature rug it’s too much heavy hardware for the size of the rug.
