Absolutely horrendous. Didn't even get my product, they sent the wrong rug, then tried every excuse under the sun as to why they couldn't find the rug that I had ordered.
As per their words, the warehouse staff aren't horsey... well you don't have to be horsey to ensure the correct item is being sent! Just read English!
Little to no investigation into what has happened and unable to send my rug as no more stock.
