South Ken branch. Rude staff, terrible service. Too much staff chatting and definitely not enough customer service. I had to ask to be served after waiting 20mins just to order coffee and cake. Nearly an hour after that I finally had to go and get someone to take our payment as no one came to us or indeed, let me catch their eye.
