I contact your customer care via your contact page the day after the purchase and have received no response weeks later. Although the product I’m sure does what it says the marketing is misleading . When you receive the product the instruction explain that once a tablet is in the spray container it has a useful shelf life of 48 hrs . I am not sure any house hold could use this amount of cleaner in 48 hrs. Whilst it may work out at 50p per 500 ml our usual antibacterial cleaners lasts weeks and weeks at £2 per 500ml. This is misleading and not good value for money for this reason. I could not find the 48 hr shelf life anywhere on the website or literature information to explain this ?
