I have made several purchases from Traditions over the past few years and CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about them !
The products have always been high quality and they ship almost immediately! Speaking of shipping... everything is packed very well and with such care, so I was shocked when I received an ornament that was broken.
I quickly sent an email with a photo of the damaged product and within 3 hours received a sincere apology email from Ryan along with a shipping notice for my replacement ornament . Customer service at its best !!!
