I love this store! I've bought a lot over the years from Traditions and I've always appreciated the wonderful selection of items and that I can call and talk to a human being, when necessary. I ordered 3 Halloween figurines this fall from you, and the "Bewitched" figurine by Lori Mitchell, was broken. I'd never received anything broken from you, I called, and was able to talk to someone right away. I sent a photo of the broken figurine, you folks immediately sent a replacement, and I sent back the broken one. It was an easy and fast solution! I love my new "Bewitched" figurine and am happy to buy more from Traditions in the future!- Diana
