The beds are awesome... when they work. I ordered two beds. One of them is great. The other one wouldn't turn on. I messaged the company several times and never got any response, so the customer service is severely lacking. I took a chance, hoping it was the remote and ordered another one for $5. Now, the bed lights up and turns on, but has no sound like the other one. Still nothing from the company. So... buy at your own risk. If your bed works, it's totally worth it. If not, you're pretty much screwed.
