Honestly, I would like to give six stars, but will accept the max of five. I have needed help a few times, one, because I was not sure how to log back into my file, which ended up being my own fault, another because I had a question about a process for immigration, which led to a few other questions, etc...EVERYONE has been so responsive, kind, professional and very helpful. Russ Leimer has steered us in the correct direction, probably saving us a huge amount of turmoil for filing incorrectly, and possibly illegally, and Mayra Dallape who has just been amazing...there for us every step of the way. I have got my documents printed, and am waiting to send them off to the consulate. So exciting...thank you to everyone there!
