At first, it was confusing how to use your product. Then we had some technical issues in relationships to the password and resetting the password. The staff were patateint and answer the questions We had. In the end, all the forms We would need were completed. We thank you for all the assistance and the programs as it helped to guide us trough each form. Yes process took longer than expected, but We think We will have a through, properly prepared packet to forward to USCIS.
