Short version: Our Adjustment of Status application was accepted. Long version: CitizenPath's support team was responsive and professional. I had many concerns and during the process and got either a resolution or helpful advice every time I reached out. I also had to change parts of my application after paying the fee. It took them less than half a day to revise my application documents.
