I found the system much more straight forward for completing the I-90 form versus completing it on the USCIS website. I struggle a bit with forms and all the nuanced instructions, so for me using CitizenPath made the process easy and straight forward. Comparing my responses in my attempt to complete the I-90 form myself and the version that CitizenPath generated, the CitizenPath form is clear and accurate whereas I found myself guessing some of the sections on the version I tried to complete myself.
