Bad costumer support, delay in deliver the product, bad comunication, we already asked several times, since 1 December, the aproximate date of deliver, still got the same answer saying "really sorry we are taking care of your item, you will get it shortly" and never answer me when we will get the product. Today is 9 December, and still no tracking number, date of deliver, or package on its way.. kinda ridiculous and very unprofessional...
