I bought 2 of the Cyan NE-RT0992 C along with 2 of other colors. I needed the Cyan right away. The first one I tried (serveral times) did not work. So I tried another one and thankfully it is working just fine. I hope I don't have issues with the other cartridges. I have gotten my ink cartridges from Clicksink for several years and on occasions I have issues with new cartridges but, for the most part they work fine.
