Unfortunately my ink was not in stock when first ordered so I asked to have the order canceled. I received an email a couple of days later that the ink was shipping. I quickly contacted the company again and was told it was too late to cancel the shipment. I wish the customer service from my original email had been effective because now I have to wait for a refund once my ink get shipped back. I didn’t want to keep the ink because the printer I have been using seems to eat the ink far too quickly, so I am choosing to save money on ink and purchase a no-cartridge printer.
