Reasonable turnaround on my order. After placing I received an email indicating my order did not process. I called back and submitted a second time. I was assured my 1st order DID NOT process. Yesterday I received 2-orders. While Customer Svc was helpful I now have to jump thru some hoops to get an order sent back and CREDITED. Not real happy about that.
