Generally, your after-market ink cartridges work well in my Brother printer. But, once in a while, a cartridge won’t be accepted by the printer and I have never gotten a response when I brought it to your attention. Please advise as to your policy for such situations and how I can best contact Clicklinks to get a replacement.
