I usually have great service & great products. This time I have now waited approximately 2 - 3 weeks & still haven't received it. I called about a week ago & the representative said it should be delivered any day now. I just talked to another rep. she said UPS lost it. They are sending another one but would not overnight it for free, its coming regular.
