Always very helpful and accurate shipment, good product. shipping times may be a little long but always get the product. Although, not too long ago, I did make an order one time, and after 3 weeks no contact, so called to inquire of my order status. I was told you were out of product. When I had made my order on line, there was no indication that you were out of product. My money was returned, and about 3 weeks later I made another order and this time it came through, thank goodness, because I was about ready to run out of color.
