Received ink cartridges for a printer which turned out to be ready for replacement. I replaced the printer, returned the cartridges which didn't fit, and ordered new cartridges which fit the new printer I purchased. It sounds complicated, but Clickinks handled it very professionally. Kudos to them, they did a great job.
