Horrible customer services, they let you deposit money in your account, then freeze it saying you need to do this passport driver license , proof of Adress, selfies and so on.
But then never a proove it, my money been locked up hostage for weeks and hundredths of other people also experiencing this problem with large sums.
When you contact customer service you get no response.
Worst crypto exchange ever.
